Note preoperatively the base of the breast is wide and there
is good soft tissue
This wider soft tissue coverage allows a larger size implant
that looks natural
Also note - breasts in older patients that droop a bit can hide
the underwire fold.
The underwire incision is less therefore noticeable in these
patients. |
